{"id":1373,"date":"2023-11-20T22:23:42","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T21:23:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dknyheder.dk\/da-dk\/?p=1373"},"modified":"2024-06-15T03:38:47","modified_gmt":"2024-06-15T01:38:47","slug":"danske-bank-forventer-rentenedsaettelser-i-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dknyheder.dk\/da-dk\/oekonomi\/danske-bank-forventer-rentenedsaettelser-i-2024\/1373\/","title":{"rendered":"Danske Bank forventer renteneds\u00e6ttelser i 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Efter et \u00e5r med rentestigninger p\u00e5 boligmarkedet er der udsigt til, at det g\u00e5r den anden vej i det nye \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dVi forventer tre renteneds\u00e6ttelser fra Nationalbanken til n\u00e6ste \u00e5r,\u201d siger Bj\u00f8rn Tangaa Sillemann, der er chefanalytiker i Danske Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Han fort\u00e6ller, at de lange renter faktisk allerede er faldet ret meget i november.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dDer er taget lidt forskud p\u00e5 gl\u00e6derne, og dermed regner vi ogs\u00e5 kun med, at de falder lidt mere til n\u00e6ste \u00e5r,\u201d forklarer han.<\/p>\n<p>De lange danske realkreditobligationer har p\u00e5 det seneste vist ganske store kursstigninger, og hvis kursen n\u00e6rmer sig eller g\u00e5r over 100, \u00e5bner nye l\u00e5n til lavere renter.<\/p>\n<p>Kursen p\u00e5 den toneangivende 30-\u00e5rige 5%-obligation (med afdrag) er over den seneste m\u00e5ned steget godt 1,5 kurspoint og har i l\u00f8bet af ugen handlet et muleh\u00e5r fra kurs 99.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dDet betyder i praksis, at 4%-l\u00e5net, der i dag handles i kurs 94, er ganske t\u00e6t p\u00e5 at indtage rollen som udgangspunktet for det danske marked.
